Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ali Firoud started the match with the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Noureddine Bouteflika during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Noureddine Bouteflika hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. 10 minutes into the match, Gages Lake AFC's goalkeeper Nasreddine Tlemcani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cherif Bouchemla. Green Rock AFC's Abderrahmane Bouzid was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 11th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. If Cherif Bouchemla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Green Rock AFC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Nasreddine Metref hit a great ball. In the 17th minute of the match Amrani Maillot sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sofiane Mansouri skillfully saved the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Amine Benmabrouk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sofiane Mansouri was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Abderrahmane Bouzid came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Green Rock AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abderrahmane Bouzid couldn't finish the play. Abderrahmane Bouzid recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Gages Lake AFC's zone, Cherif Bouchemla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nasreddine Tlemcani came out of the goal and Cherif Bouchemla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nasreddine Tlemcani breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Green Rock AFC's Abderrahmane Bouzid got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 46th play minute Cherif Bouchemla came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nasreddine Tlemcani. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cherif Bouchemla made a kick off. Nasreddine Metref hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. The Gages Lake AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nasreddine Tlemcani should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cherif Bouchemla in the 62nd minute of play forced Gages Lake AFC's goalkeeper Nasreddine Tlemcani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Green Rock AFC's Cherif Bouchemla nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nasreddine Tlemcani made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Cherif Bouchemla struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Nasreddine Tlemcani didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Green Rock AFC. Nasreddine Tlemcani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abderrahmane Bouzid, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Green Rock AFC's Sofiane Mansouri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Firoud in the 79th minute of play. Abderrahmane Bouzid fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nasreddine Tlemcani having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Cherif Bouchemla managed to get in a good position for a shot. Green Rock AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cherif Bouchemla was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The referee gave Noureddine Bouteflika a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Amrani Maillot charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Amrani Maillot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 94th match minute, Gages Lake AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Amrani Maillot to maneuver through the defense. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Green Rock AFC fully deserved thier win.
