In the 3rd minute Rabah Bensaoula shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nasreddine Tlemcani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 5 minutes into the match, East Gaffney's goal looked a bit too open when Noureddine Bouteflika came free, but Madhi Aboulker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Gages Lake AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Ali Firoud hit a great ball. Nasreddine Tlemcani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Said Ouyahia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Said Ouyahia in the 20th minute of play forced Gages Lake AFC's goalkeeper Nasreddine Tlemcani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Noureddine Bouteflika kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. East Gaffney's Madhi Aboulker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 25th minute of the match, managed to save East Gaffney from getting a goal against them. Madhi Aboulker made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Amine Benmabrouk sent off a good shot on target. 32 minutes into the match, East Gaffney's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Firoud came free, but Madhi Aboulker reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rabah Bensaoula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gages Lake AFC's Nasreddine Tlemcani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Meziane Khabatou in the 38th minute of play. After having played for 39 minutes, Mohamed Djamel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. East Gaffney's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mohamed Djamel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mohamed Djamel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nasreddine Tlemcani having to interfere. Mohamed Djamel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Nasreddine Tlemcani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gages Lake AFC's Nasreddine Tlemcani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Said Ouyahia in the 48th minute of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Nasreddine Tlemcani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karim Menguellet kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Madhi Aboulker came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Gages Lake AFC's Hamid Toumi. But to his dismay, Hamid Toumi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Hocine Saadane could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Nasreddine Tlemcani made a huge save. A collision led to Gages Lake AFC getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Noureddine Bouteflika hit a great ball. After 70 played minutes East Gaffney got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Djamel. Madhi Aboulker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Noureddine Bouteflika in the 73rd minute of play. Gages Lake AFC's Amrani Maillot got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ali Firoud in the 77th minute of play forced East Gaffney's goalkeeper Madhi Aboulker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Madhi Aboulker showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hamid Toumi in the 78th minute of the match. Madhi Aboulker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Firoud in the 80th minute of play. With a little luck, Gages Lake AFC's Nasreddine Tlemcani got control of the ball when Albert Hamouda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ismaël Cherrad received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Nasreddine Tlemcani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albert Hamouda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Nasreddine Tlemcani made a huge save. Gages Lake AFC were victorious despite being under pressure from East Gaffney for much of the match.
