Abdelaziz Abdenouz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. In the 15th minute, Abdelaziz Boutella ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Farès Harkouk was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After a rather tough play, South Roxana FC's Abdelmalek Zitouni got a free kick in the 19th minute. Fawzi Yahia kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Abdelaziz Abdenouz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rachid Mekhloufi in the 29th minute of play. Meziane Beloufa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Rachid Mekhloufi in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abdelaziz Abdenouz saved Fairview from getting behind. Abdelaziz Abdenouz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rachid Mekhloufi, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Meziane Beloufa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Abdelaziz Abdenouz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 46 minutes into the match, Fairview's goal looked a bit too open when Rachid Mekhloufi came free, but Abdelaziz Abdenouz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Mohamed Saïd-Guerni charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The tension between the South Roxana FC and the Fairview players grew even worse after the yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in South Roxana FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 88th minute. Penalty! In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Fairview.
