The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Merah during the 6th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 8th minute, Abd el Derrida got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Abd el Derrida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fawzi Aliche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abd al-Asis Khendu having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Chetek AFC's Ferhat Benflis slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karim Hadj Aïssa. That made the score 1-1 after 20 minutes of play. Nasserredine Al-Jazairia hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. A collision led to Baldwyn FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Abdel Hamid Madani hit a great ball. Karim Hadj Aïssa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nasserredine Al-Jazairia in the 29th minute of play. Baldwyn FC's Karim Hadj Aïssa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mohamed Merah in the 30th minute of play. A collision led to Baldwyn FC getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Fawzi Aliche hit a great ball. Nasserredine Al-Jazairia charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nasserredine Al-Jazairia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Mouloud Larbes came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Baldwyn FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mouloud Larbes couldn't finish the play. Karim Hadj Aïssa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferhat Benflis in the 42nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Abd el Derrida in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abd al-Asis Khendu saved Chetek AFC from getting behind.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ferhat Benflis to strike the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Baldwyn FC getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Nasser Belaout hit a great ball. Chetek AFC's Abd al-Asis Khendu proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Chetek AFC from getting a goal against them. Fawzi Aliche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karim Hadj Aïssa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mohamed Chedda in the 62nd minute of the match. Nasserredine Al-Jazairia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nasserredine Al-Jazairia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Hadj Aïssa having to interfere. Chetek AFC's Nasserredine Al-Jazairia got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Karim Hadj Aïssa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ferhat Benflis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, Chetek AFC's goalkeeper Abd al-Asis Khendu had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abd el Derrida. Ferhat Benflis recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 87th minute, Baldwyn FC's Nasser Belaout seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nasser Belaout the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Baldwyn FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nasser Belaout had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. If Nasserredine Al-Jazairia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
