Nouredine Raï received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Hameur Haddadj tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Enrique Haritz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Smail Bahari was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Kirtland's Smail Bahari proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Kirtland from getting a goal against them. In the 36th minute, Maximo Columbo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rossoneri F.C.'s Maximo Columbo got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

In the 53rd minute Maximo Columbo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Smail Bahari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Smail Bahari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Enrique Haritz's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. After 61 minutes, Rabah Ulansi mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kirtland and the Rossoneri F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 61st match minute, Kirtland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rabah Ulansi to maneuver through the defense. But to his dismay, Enrique Haritz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Dida Mezdad got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Nunez Cordairo hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Sofiane Guessoum managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rossoneri F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Sofiane Guessoum was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Smail Bahari breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
