El Hadjadj made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maamar Zidane in the 24th minute of play. 26 minutes into the match, Saltville's goal looked a bit too open when Madjid Kerbouche came free, but El Hadjadj reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Saltville's El Hadjadj played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Madjid Kerbouche in the 33rd minute of play. In the 36th minute Madjid Kerbouche shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but El Hadjadj saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Maamar Zidane in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg El Hadjadj saved Saltville from getting behind. Madjid Kerbouche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Madjid Kerbouche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdelmalek Zitouni could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Smail Kafi made a huge save. Madjid Kerbouche fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without El Hadjadj having to interfere. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Soltani Karim Belkassem made a kick off. Maamar Zidane fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without El Hadjadj having to interfere. El Hadjadj made an important save on a dangerous shot by Madjid Kerbouche in the 59th minute. Smail Kafi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Soltani Karim Belkassem in the 64th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Maamar Zidane left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sangay fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Madjid Kerbouche got free with El Hadjadj in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Madjid Kerbouche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 78th minute of the match Hachemi Ibrir sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but El Hadjadj skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 80 minutes, Soltani Karim Belkassem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saltville's supporters crossed their fingers, but Soltani Karim Belkassem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 82 minutes into the game, Smail Bouchemla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Saltville's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sangay the free kick. Smail Bouchemla kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Maamar Zidane dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of El Hadjadj, 0-2. With a little luck, Saltville's El Hadjadj got control of the ball when Madjid Kerbouche tried to sneak it across the goal line. 93 minutes into the game, Karim Hamid Brahima was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sangay's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saltville the free kick. In the 93rd match minute, Sangay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karim Hamid Brahima to maneuver through the defense.
