Mohamed Zidane was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a little luck, Edina's Fathi Boulebda got control of the ball when Abdelhamid Zarabi tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Edina's Djamal Daham got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Abdelhamid Zarabi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Adlène Ouyahia fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Edina's protests and gave Adlène Ouyahia a yellow card for diving instead. Adlène Ouyahia kicked well hit freekick during the 42nd minute of the match. Khalida Zaaboub didn't quite understand what happened when in the 44 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Adlène Fari managed to get in a good position for a shot. PARK AVENUE UNITED's supporters rose to their feet, but Adlène Fari was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Fathi Boulebda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fathi Boulebda made a fantastic save in the 47th minute, when Abdelhamid Zarabi sent off a good shot on target.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Adlène Fari made a kick off. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Edina's goalkeeper Fathi Boulebda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th minute Adlène Fari shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fathi Boulebda saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mohamed Zidane showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelmalek Bourebbou in the 61st minute of the match. When Djamal Daham was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 64 minutes had been played. Abdelhamid Zarabi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fathi Boulebda having to interfere. Edina's Fathi Boulebda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelhamid Zarabi in the 80th minute of play. Mohamed Ighil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Mohamed Zidane made a huge save. Mansour Brahmi charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mansour Brahmi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Edina booed when PARK AVENUE UNITED was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mansour Brahmi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fathi Boulebda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adlène Fari, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. PARK AVENUE UNITED were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Edina to leave the ground with a draw.
