Spectators: 6704 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Fodil Zahouania started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Mohamed Yacine got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nourredine Timsit sent away a hard shot on goal in the 7th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Fodil Zahouania had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Lake Bluff's Fodil Zahouania slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Abdelkader Arrache. That made the score 1-0 after 11 minutes of play. Fodil Zahouania received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Abdelkader Arrache came out and tried to block the shot, but Fodil Zahouania slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 17th minute. Fodil Zahouania recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mimoun Ouid Daham in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Samir Tahar saved Lake Bluff from getting behind. When Fodil Zahouania came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Lake Bluff fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fodil Zahouania couldn't finish the play. In the 33rd minute Slimane Ibrir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samir Tahar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 37 minutes of play, Albany's Slimane Ibrir made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samir Tahar was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Albany's Mimoun Ouid Daham in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lake Bluff's goalie prevented a goal. Albany's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Fodil Zahouania 45 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-1.

In the 54th minute, Mimoun Ouid Daham got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Fodil Zahouania managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lake Bluff's supporters rose to their feet, but Fodil Zahouania was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdelkader Arrache breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mimoun Ouid Daham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Samir Tahar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Slimane Ibrir might have been able to make a better finish in the 63rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samir Tahar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Slimane Ibrir ran back to his position shaking his head. Mimoun Ouid Daham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mimoun Ouid Daham sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Samir Tahar came out of the goal and Mimoun Ouid Daham tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 76 minutes into the match, Slimane Ibrir dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Samir Tahar, 3-3. If Slimane Ibrir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mimoun Ouid Daham recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fodil Zahouania received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Abdelkader Arrache tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Cheb Belhagj hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Albany's Rachid Zaoui got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Samir Tahar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Slimane Ibrir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
