Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Mokdad Mérah-Benida made the kick off which started today's match. Medjadi Boulmerka scored 0-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yasmina Ahmed, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rafik Madjer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mokdad Mérah-Benida in the 18th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Rabah Bencherif hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mokdad Mérah-Benida received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Rafik Madjer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mokdad Mérah-Benida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafik Madjer having to interfere. Fodil Zaaf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Rafik Madjer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in West Side Highway FC's zone, Abd al-Asis El-Hadi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Yasmina Ahmed came out of the goal and Abd al-Asis El-Hadi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 30 minutes, Medjadi Boulmerka managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Big Spring AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Medjadi Boulmerka was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mokdad Mérah-Benida in the 32nd minute of play forced Big Spring AFC's goalkeeper Rafik Madjer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Medjadi Boulmerka blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yasmina Ahmed having to make a save. The supporters of West Side Highway FC booed when Big Spring AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bellemou Sadmi didn't get a good kick on the ball. West Side Highway FC's Abderraouf Messaoudi couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Big Spring AFC. In the 44th minute, Fodil Zaaf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 48th minute, Bellemou Sadmi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Big Spring AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Abd al-Asis El-Hadi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abd al-Asis El-Hadi in the 60th minute of play forced West Side Highway FC's goalkeeper Yasmina Ahmed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Fodil Zaaf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fodil Zaaf took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafik Madjer. Rafik Madjer dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Rafik Madjer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mokdad Mérah-Benida in the 95th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Big Spring AFC walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
