Spectators: 6713 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 0) Clermont's Fadel Said started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, Clermont's Fadel Said sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rachid Haddou narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Rachid Brahimi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Clermont's supporters rose to their feet, but Rachid Brahimi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rachid Haddou breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Fadel Said received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rachid Haddou came out and tried to block the shot, but Fadel Said slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. In the 11th minute Fouad Maillot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nassim Belkheir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Rachid Brahimi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15th minute, Abdel Hamid Zidān hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lazhar El-Hadi hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 19th minute, Mustapha Souakri managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lemoore AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mustapha Souakri was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Nassim Belkheir breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Clermont defense, Mustapha Souakri kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nassim Belkheir. The Clermont fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nassim Belkheir should have stopped the shot. Nassim Belkheir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustapha Souakri in the 24th minute of play. The supporters of Clermont booed when Lemoore AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdel Hamid Zidān didn't get a good kick on the ball. Abdel Hamid Zidān kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the match, Lemoore AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Fadel Said came free, but Rachid Haddou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute Fadel Said shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rachid Haddou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rachid Brahimi might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rachid Haddou. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rachid Brahimi ran back to his position shaking his head. If Fouad Maillot had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 34 minutes into the match, Fadel Said dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rachid Haddou, 2-1. Nassim Belkheir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fouad Maillot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nassim Belkheir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mustapha Souakri, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Lounès Guendouz charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Lounès Guendouz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 43 played minutes Lemoore AFC got a freekick which was hit by Lounès Guendouz. Rachid Haddou made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Rachid Brahimi sent off a good shot on target. Clermont's Fadel Said got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 47 minutes into the match, Clermont's goal looked a bit too open when Mustapha Souakri came free, but Nassim Belkheir reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mustapha Souakri to make the kick off. After 53 minutes of play, Lemoore AFC's Fouad Maillot made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nassim Belkheir was left in no man's land by his defense there! Fouad Maillot might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nassim Belkheir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fouad Maillot ran back to his position shaking his head. Lazhar El-Hadi kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. When Fouad Maillot came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Lemoore AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fouad Maillot couldn't finish the play. Nassim Belkheir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustapha Souakri in the 66th minute of play. Mustapha Souakri might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nassim Belkheir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mustapha Souakri ran back to his position shaking his head. Fouad Maillot could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Nassim Belkheir made a huge save. Clermont's Nassim Belkheir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustapha Souakri in the 74th minute of play. When Mustapha Souakri came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the Lemoore AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mustapha Souakri couldn't finish the play. Nassim Belkheir was a little too slow when Fodil Bridji got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 83rd minute. The score was now 2-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fouad Maillot got free with Nassim Belkheir in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mustapha Souakri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lemoore AFC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
