Mehdi Belaout made a fantastic save in the 12th minute, when Guillaume Laurent Bedjaoui sent off a good shot on target. Djamel Mecherara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but François Drid read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 22nd minute of play. Mohamed Bruel struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Mehdi Belaout didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marinette FC. 28 minutes into the match, Marinette FC's Guillaume Laurent Bedjaoui sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mehdi Belaout narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sheboygan's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Guillaume Laurent Bedjaoui scored to the left of an out of position Mehdi Belaout, making the score, 1-0. Madhi Gallaire recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 40th minute Abdelhamid Bridji shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but François Drid saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Madhi Gallaire fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Marinette FC's Madhi Gallaire got a good chance for a goal in the 47th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Guillaume Laurent Bedjaoui fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Belaout having to interfere. Djamel Mecherara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. François Drid tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehdi Belaout showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillaume Laurent Bedjaoui, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. If Abdelhamid Bridji had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Marinette FC's Anthar Belfaa got a free kick in the 67th minute. Anthar Belfaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehdi Belaout having to interfere. Sheboygan's Djamel Mecherara got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 86 played minutes, Sheboygan's Farid Mansouri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper François Drid came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Sheboygan reached it. When Chadli Brahimi fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sheboygan's protests and gave Chadli Brahimi a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sheboygan's Chadli Brahimi got a free kick in the 87th minute. 90 minutes into the match, Marinette FC's Guillaume Laurent Bedjaoui sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Mehdi Belaout narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anthar Belfaa in the 97th minute of play forced Sheboygan's goalkeeper Mehdi Belaout to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marinette FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
