Ben Azem recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abdelnasser Fanon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th match minute, FC Tokyo City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelnasser Fanon to maneuver through the defense. Abdelnasser Fanon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Meziane Bouchemla made a huge save. Lakhdar Ouadah took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 47th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rachid Boulebda. FC Tokyo City's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Meziane Bouchemla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelnasser Fanon in the 52nd minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nasser Bahari during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Manchester United Fc booed when FC Tokyo City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position.
