Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Samir Hanin started the match with the kick off. After 4 played minutes Bethlehem Saints got a freekick which was hit by Ben Aziz. After a defensive mix-up in Bethlehem Saints's zone, Said Bouziane stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sofiane Guendouz came out of the goal and Said Bouziane tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fawzi Zitouni came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Bethlehem Saints's Abd el Benchenaa. But to his dismay, Abd el Benchenaa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. 15 minutes into the game, René Feraoun was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Bethlehem Saints's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Shafter AFC the free kick. 15 minutes into the game, one of Bethlehem Saints:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Chadli Gallaire walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Fawzi Zitouni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abd el Benchenaa went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Abd el Benchenaa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fawzi Zitouni having to interfere. Fawzi Zitouni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustapha Bensaoula in the 27th minute of the match. If Samir Hanin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sofiane Guendouz made a fantastic save in the 35th minute, when Said Bouziane sent off a good shot on target. 39 minutes into the match, Abd el Benchenaa notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Shafter AFC's Fawzi Zitouni. Fawzi Zitouni was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 47 minutes into the match, Mustapha Bensaoula had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fawzi Zitouni. Shafter AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mustapha Bensaoula was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mustapha Bensaoula to make the kick off. When Shafter AFC's Samir Hanin in the 53rd minute got a chance for a shot 53rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bethlehem Saints's goalie prevented a goal. After a rather tough play, Shafter AFC's Chadli Belmellat got a free kick in the 57th minute. Shafter AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Abd el Benchenaa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. 80 minutes into the match, Bethlehem Saints's goal looked a bit too open when Albert Hamouda came free, but Sofiane Guendouz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Shafter AFC getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Samir Hanin hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Bethlehem Saints's goalkeeper Sofiane Guendouz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Bethlehem Saints's Hocine Hamrouche got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Bethlehem Saints players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
