A collision led to North Highlands FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Hamid Mihoubi hit a great ball. Sid Ahmed Adjaoud's late challenge caught a North Highlands FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sid Ahmed Adjaoud helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of North Highlands FC booed when Cricket FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sid Ahmed Adjaoud didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Redha Fillali managed to get in a good position for a shot. North Highlands FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Redha Fillali was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Souad Boulahfane breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Redha Fillali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Souad Boulahfane having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ahmed Megharia in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Souad Boulahfane saved Cricket FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ahmed Megharia in the 38th minute of play forced Cricket FC's goalkeeper Souad Boulahfane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 39 minutes, Redha Fillali managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. North Highlands FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Redha Fillali was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 66 minutes of play, Cricket FC's Soltani Kourichi made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ismael Bougherra was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 71st minute Mahmoud Djebar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Souad Boulahfane saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 77th minute, Knodi Maroc got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. North Highlands FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
