Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Ruleville AFC's Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lakhdar Bedjaoui in the 11th minute of play. Ahmed Yahia scored 1-0 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Amrani Saïdi-Sief took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kassel Khalef, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 23 minutes, Ahmed Yahia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Martins Ferry AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmed Yahia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Lakhdar Bedjaouis short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lakhdar Bedjaoui in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mehdi Madjer kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Mehdi Madjer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān managed to avoid a goal in the 31stth minute, when Martins Ferry AFC's Lakhdar Bedjaoui fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Mehdi Madjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruleville AFC's Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Ruleville AFC from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

If Lakhdar Bedjaoui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martins Ferry AFC's Lakhdar Bedjaoui got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mehdi Madjer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Martins Ferry AFC's Lakhdar Bedjaoui. But to his dismay, Lakhdar Bedjaoui quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chadli Zafour in the 64th minute of play forced Ruleville AFC's goalkeeper Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abderaouf Mamouni charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Abderaouf Mamouni the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Ruleville AFC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Abderaouf Mamouni hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Lakhdar Bedjaoui managed to get in a good position for a shot. Martins Ferry AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Lakhdar Bedjaoui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mehdi Madjer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Lakhdar Bedjaoui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. If Mehdi Madjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Martins Ferry AFC's Ahmed Yahia in the 81st minute got a chance for a shot 81st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ruleville AFC's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 82 minutes, Lakhdar Bedjaoui put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān. In the 96thth minute of the game Lakhdar Bedjaoui who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ruleville AFC's Zīn ud-Dīn Zidān was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Martins Ferry AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
