With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mohamed Cavalli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Calexico FC's Madjid Kacha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hakim Abdessalam in the 13th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Calexico FC's zone, Rafik Zoheir Zouba stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Madjid Kacha came out of the goal and Rafik Zoheir Zouba tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Calexico FC's goalkeeper Madjid Kacha, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 21 played minutes Tiger Zero got a freekick which was hit by Rachid Baba Ali Kourichi. Rafik Skif got his second yellow card in the match during the 28th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Tiger Zero's Rafik Skif got a free kick in the 29th minute. Mohamed Cavalli stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mustapha Zaaboub's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. Djamel Ahmed kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Jussef Ben Benhamou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Liamine Cerbah in the 42nd minute of play forced Tiger Zero's goalkeeper Mohamed Cavalli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jussef Ben Benhamou fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mohamed Cavalli having to interfere. In the 48th minute, Jussef Ben Benhamou made a precise shot to the right of Mohamed Cavalli. Tiger Zero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The Tiger Zero players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Calexico FC were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Rafik Zoheir Zouba made the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Tiger Zero defense, Jussef Ben Benhamou kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mohamed Cavalli. The Tiger Zero fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mohamed Cavalli should have stopped the shot. Mustapha Zaaboub got in the 59th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Mohamed Cavalli handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Jussef Ben Benhamou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute, Mustapha Zaaboub got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 95th minute Mustapha Zaaboub shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mohamed Cavalli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
