After 3 minutes of play, Ishpeming AFC's Ali Djamel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Said Saïdi-Sief was left in no man's land by his defense there! 13 minutes into the game, Ishpeming AFC's Ali Djamel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Said Saïdi-Sief made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Redha Dahleb charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Redha Dahleb the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mahmoud Madouni in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Said Saïdi-Sief prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mounir Hadjadj showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Redha Dahleb in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maïssa Sofiane in the 31st minute of play forced Ananas FC's goalkeeper Said Saïdi-Sief to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adlène Ouadah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 44th minute, Ali Djamel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ishpeming AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Djamel to make the kick off. Mahmoud Madouni's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 51stth minute, Said Saïdi-Sief skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mahmoud Madouni got free with Said Saïdi-Sief in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The supporters of Ishpeming AFC booed when Ananas FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hamid Moussa didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Ali Djamel got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdelhamid Merbah during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Ishpeming AFC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Abdelhamid Merbah hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute, Maïssa Sofiane hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Adlène Ouadah came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Ananas FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adlène Ouadah couldn't finish the play. 65 minutes into the match, Ananas FC's goalkeeper Said Saïdi-Sief had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mahmoud Madouni. Ali Djamel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Said Saïdi-Sief having to interfere. In the 74th minute, Mahmoud Madouni got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Ali Djamel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Said Saïdi-Sief was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. When the final whistle sounded Ishpeming AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ananas FC.
