In the 2nd minute Redha Hima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nordine Baroudi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Souad Megharia hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. After 7 played minutes North Caldwell got a freekick which was hit by Chaba Sadmi. The supporters of North Caldwell booed when Leisuretowne was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abdelaziz Benchenaa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, North Caldwell's Hachemi Ouyahia tried to score from far away in the 12th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 14th minute of the match Karim Aggoune shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nordine Baroudi showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Fodil Aziz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ismaël Messaoudi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Rachid Madjer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fodil Aziz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chaba Sadmi's late challenge caught a Leisuretowne's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chaba Sadmi helped the player get up and apologised. After 19 played minutes North Caldwell got a freekick which was hit by Chaba Sadmi. Ismaël Messaoudi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 26 minutes of play, Leisuretowne's Ismaël Messaoudi made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Fodil Aziz was left in no man's land by his defense there! North Caldwell's Redha Hima got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Chaba Sadmi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 30 minutes had been played. The supporters of Leisuretowne booed when North Caldwell was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chaba Sadmi didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Redha Hima came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the North Caldwell fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Redha Hima couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Leisuretowne's Ahmed Cohen-Tannoudji got a free kick in the 41st minute. If Mustapha Hamdani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mustapha Hamdani to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Leisuretowne's Ahmed Cohen-Tannoudji got a free kick in the 52nd minute. In the 58th play minute Rachid Madjer came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Fodil Aziz. 0-2. Ismaël Messaoudi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Fodil Aziz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Souad Yahi hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Nordine Baroudi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mustapha Hamdani went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score.
