Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Rabah Kouri made the kick off which started today's match. After 5 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Gunnison AFC! In the 6th minute there was a penalty for Ticonderoga AFC. Rachid Saïfi stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sid Belkacem. 0-1. Walid Aggoune's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Ali Sifi firmly grabbed it by the left post. After 12 played minutes Ticonderoga AFC got a freekick which was hit by Abdelkader Ouadah. Sid Belkacem showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rabah Kouri in the 17th minute of the match. Rabah Kouri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sid Belkacem having to make a save. If Abdelkader Ouadah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sid Belkacem made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abdelkader Ouadah in the 39th minute of play. Abdelkader Ouadah's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sid Belkacem read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. After the first half Ticonderoga AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ali Bouzid was the one to do the kick off. Ali Sifi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Bouzid in the 58th minute of play. Rabah Kouri recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Abdelkader Ouadah had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Abdelkader Ouadah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Sid Belkacem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 81 minutes into the game, Abdelkader Ouadah recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sid Belkacem. Abdelkader Ouadah showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. If Walid Aggoune had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ali Bouzid received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ali Sifi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ticonderoga AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
