El Raï yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. El Raï was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 18th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Karim Dib. If Fathi Amsallem had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 25 minutes into the match, Des Plaines FC's Fathi Amsallem sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rabah Feraoun narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Des Plaines FC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Abdelnacer Mezair hit a great ball. El Raï came out of the goal in the 28th minute to try and stop a shot by Olympique de Paris FC's Ismael Madjer. But to his dismay, Ismael Madjer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Abdelnacer Mezair had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. El Raï made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Djamel Bouteflika in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the game, Lakhdar Aribi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Des Plaines FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olympique de Paris FC the free kick. In the 36th minute, Lakhdar Aribi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ismael Madjer who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of El Raï when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 45 minutes, Djamel Bouteflika managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olympique de Paris FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Djamel Bouteflika was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Des Plaines FC's El Raï got control of the ball when Ismael Madjer tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Des Plaines FC's Lakhdar Aribi got a free kick in the 47th minute. After having played for 48 minutes, Ismael Madjer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Olympique de Paris FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ismael Madjer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

52 minutes into the match, Olympique de Paris FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdelnacer Mezair came free, but Rabah Feraoun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 56 played minutes, Des Plaines FC's Mohamed Zidane shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rabah Feraoun came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Des Plaines FC reached it. Ismael Madjer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without El Raï having to interfere. Djamel Bouteflika sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67thth minute of the game Djamel Bouteflika who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Des Plaines FC's El Raï was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Djamel Bouteflika fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without El Raï having to interfere. In the 76th minute, Fodil Kourichi made a precise shot to the right of El Raï. Des Plaines FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. 79 minutes into the game, Fodil Kourichi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Olympique de Paris FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Des Plaines FC the free kick. After 79 played minutes Olympique de Paris FC got a freekick which was hit by Fodil Kourichi. Djamel Fanon, 80 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 82nd match minute, Olympique de Paris FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faouzi Zaaboub to maneuver through the defense. El Raï took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Djamel Bouteflika, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Abdelnacer Mezair came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Des Plaines FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdelnacer Mezair couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Olympique de Paris FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Rachid Hadjar hit a great ball. Olympique de Paris FC's Rabah Feraoun proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Olympique de Paris FC from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Des Plaines FC's Rabah Feraoun threw himself towards the right post 97 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Abdelnacer Mezair, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Olympique de Paris FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Des Plaines FC for a fine match.
