In the 36th match minute, Little Rock FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ahmed Mammeri to maneuver through the defense. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Djamel Bouteflika made a kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Olympique de Paris FC got a corner. Little Rock FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Djamal Drid ran over to the corner to take the kick. Olympique de Paris FC's Djamal Drid was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Abdel Zidane in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Djamal Drid got in the 55th minute the ball and tried a long shot which scored to the left of Abdel Zidane and thus it was 0-1. Olympique de Paris FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Djamal Drid in the 61st minute. The corner led Olympique de Paris FC's Ismael Madjer to fire away a dangerous shot which Abdel Zidane despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. If Ismael Madjer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Little Rock FC's Nourredine Menad got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nourredine Menad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 75th match minute, Little Rock FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Meskine to maneuver through the defense. Rabah Feraoun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Larbi Tahar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rabah Feraoun breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Larbi Tahar hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Rabah Feraoun showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nourredine Menad in the 93rd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ismael Madjer got free with Abdel Zidane in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Ismael Madjer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 98th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Olympique de Paris FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Olympique de Paris FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
