The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After having played for 3 minutes, Amar Hadjar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sharpsville AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amar Hadjar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 8 minutes, Lazhar Djenia Lkbira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cherif Madjer stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mohammad Maroc's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute Karim Abdenouz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdel Karim Sami Yachir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Karim Abdenouz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wenatchee's Lazhar Djenia Lkbira got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amar Hadjar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mohammad Maroc blasted a shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cherif Madjer having to make a save. Cherif Madjer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amar Hadjar in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lazhar Djenia Lkbira in the 40th minute of play forced Sharpsville AFC's goalkeeper Abdel Karim Sami Yachir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Amar Hadjar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Cherif Madjer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44th match minute, Sharpsville AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yacine Achiu to maneuver through the defense. Lazhar Djenia Lkbira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Abdel Karim Sami Yachir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Amar Hadjar to make the kick off. Mohammad Maroc recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cherif Madjer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohammad Maroc in the 55th minute of play. In the 56th minute, Amar Hadjar made a precise shot to the right of Cherif Madjer. Wenatchee's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Abdel Karim Sami Yachir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Abdenouz in the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 72 minutes, Lazhar Djenia Lkbira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wenatchee's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lazhar Djenia Lkbira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 73 played minutes Wenatchee got a freekick which was hit by Ben El-Ouafi. Sharpsville AFC were awarded a corner in the 83th minute after Wenatchee's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Mohamed Hamid took the corner. After taking down the ball on Sharpsville AFC's corner Mohamed Hamid fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Cherif Madjer quite easily take care of the ball. In the 86th minute, Amar Hadjar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mohammad Maroc fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cherif Madjer having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Amar Hadjar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cherif Madjer was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sharpsville AFC had won after a very even match.
