Spectators: 6698 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1698, VIP seats: 0) El Bilal started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. El Bilal took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Abdelhamid Ibrir. Abdelhamid Ibrir dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. El Bilal's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdelhamid Ibrir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Samir Guessoum kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Abdelhamid Ibrir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from El Bilal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Muhammad Sahraoui charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Muhammad Sahraoui the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Muhammad Sahraoui kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After having played for 23 minutes, El Bilal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. F.C. darlintoa's supporters crossed their fingers, but El Bilal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kamel Amrouche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hamid Merbah was a little too slow when Mouloud Bouguerra got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 1-1. If Mouloud Bouguerra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Kamel Amrouche sped through F.C. darlintoa's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Hamid Merbah.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mouloud Bouguerra made a kick off. In the 55th minute of the match Chaba Feraoun sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hamid Merbah skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to F.C. darlintoa getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Mustapha Menad hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kamel Amrouche in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hamid Merbah saved F.C. darlintoa from getting behind. After 63 minutes, Mouloud Bouguerra made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. F.C. darlintoa's Hamid Merbah tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 69th minute, Kamel Amrouche got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hamid Merbah showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mouloud Bouguerra in the 70th minute of the match. Hamid Merbah made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kamel Amrouche in the 81st minute of play. Kamel Amrouche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Safy Benbitour during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Safy Benbitour hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. In the 90th minute, El Bilal got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mouloud Bouguerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamid Merbah having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Grass Valley AFC fully deserved thier win.
