But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mahmoud Cherrad couldn't finish the play. Mohammad Zouba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pieter-Maarten Oelemans, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Mohamed Ben Ben Khalidi scored 0-2 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yacine Haddou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Foxes's zone, Mahmoud Cherrad stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mohammad Zouba came out of the goal and Mahmoud Cherrad tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 30th match minute, Foxes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abdelhamid Mamouni to maneuver through the defense. Yacine Haddou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelhamid Mamouni in the 35th minute of the match. Yacine Haddou made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Madjid Fanon in the 36th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Foxes's Tayeb Bendjedid got a free kick in the 37th minute. Pieter-Maarten Oelemans might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mohammad Zouba. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pieter-Maarten Oelemans ran back to his position shaking his head. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Mahmoud Cherrad managed to get in a good position for a shot. RealmadridFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mahmoud Cherrad was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mohammad Zouba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pieter-Maarten Oelemans in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mohammad Zouba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 44 minutes into the match, RealmadridFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdelhamid Mamouni came free, but Yacine Haddou reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pieter-Maarten Oelemans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
