Tottenham Hotspur FC's Décio Mesquita shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 11th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Albert Madjer but with some difficulty. 17 minutes into the match, Abdelaziz Macias notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Tottenham Hotspur FC's Yazid Djura. Yazid Djura was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 20 minutes into the game, Décio Mesquita recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Albert Madjer. Décio Mesquita showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Patryk Harasimowicz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute of the match, Décio Mesquita tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Albert Madjer saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. When Patryk Harasimowicz came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the Tottenham Hotspur FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Patryk Harasimowicz couldn't finish the play. 41 minutes into the match, Tottenham Hotspur FC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdelaziz Macias came free, but Yazid Djura reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

In the 51st minute, Ben Dahar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Yazid Djura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ahmed Khabatou in the 53rd minute of the match. Albert Madjer showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Décio Mesquita in the 56th minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Abdelaziz Macias shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yazid Djura saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Holmen AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albert Madjer should have stopped the shot. Albert Madjer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Décio Mesquita in the 77th minute of play. Holmen AFC's Albert Madjer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patryk Harasimowicz in the 91st minute of play. Décio Mesquita might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Albert Madjer. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Décio Mesquita ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew the final whistle, Tottenham Hotspur FC could leave the field as winners, despite Holmen AFC having more of the ball for most of the match.
