Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mourad Saïdi-Sief took the kick off in the first half of the match. Romanisti's Cheb Matmour played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mourad Saïdi-Sief in the 3rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Almir Neves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cheb Matmour was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. Cheb Matmour took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Almir Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Romanisti getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Mohamed Ben Macias hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hemza Skif in the 10th minute of play forced Romanisti's goalkeeper Cheb Matmour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yacine Cavalli recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mourad Saïdi-Sief might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cheb Matmour. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mourad Saïdi-Sief ran back to his position shaking his head. Cheb Matmour took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Almir Neves, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Mohamed Ben Macias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute Mourad Saïdi-Sief shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cheb Matmour saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Fodil Belkacem managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Romanisti's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fodil Belkacem was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fodil Belkacem could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 36th minute of the match, but Hamid Bitat made a huge save. Fodil Belkacem who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 38thth minute tested the skills of Hamid Bitat when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fodil Belkacems short, quick shot in the 41stth minute got Hamid Bitat to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mourad Saïdi-Sief in the 47th minute of play forced Romanisti's goalkeeper Cheb Matmour to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fodil Belkacem to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Hemza Skif shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cheb Matmour saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mourad Saïdi-Sief was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 53rd minute. HAYK's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. HAYK's Hamid Bitat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fodil Belkacem in the 58th minute of play. Mourad Saïdi-Sief recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 65 minutes into the game, Almir Neves recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cheb Matmour. Almir Neves showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. 68 minutes into the game, Yacine Cavalli was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Romanisti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave HAYK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Romanisti's Yacine Cavalli got a free kick in the 68th minute. 69 minutes into the game, HAYK's Almir Neves nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cheb Matmour made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. 72 minutes into the match, Romanisti's goalkeeper Cheb Matmour had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Almir Neves. Mohamed Ben Macias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hamid Bitat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fodil Belkacem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hemza Skif struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Cheb Matmour didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for HAYK. Hamid Bitat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fodil Belkacem in the 83rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fodil Belkacem in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hamid Bitat prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Almir Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 93rd minute Fodil Belkacem shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamid Bitat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. HAYK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
