If Mohammad Kaci Hima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chaba Arrache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fodil Adjani in the 40th minute of play. Mohammad Kaci Hima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chaba Arrache having to interfere. If Fodil Adjani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fodil Adjani to make the kick off. Chaba Arrache made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fodil Adjani in the 51st minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Chakib Brahami could shoot a difficult shot in the 55th minute, which Zīn ud-Dīn Mamouni however easily saved by the left post. Chakib Brahami recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chakib Brahami sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 65 minutes into the game, Ali Saïdi-Sief was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wernersville FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Crab Orchard AFC the free kick. Ali Saïdi-Sief hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Fodil Adjani's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chaba Arrache was relentless in the 68th minute of the game. If Mohammad Kaci Hima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ahmed Soltani got free with Zīn ud-Dīn Mamouni in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 95 minutes into the match, Wernersville FC's goalkeeper Zīn ud-Dīn Mamouni had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Chakib Brahami. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
