An unexpectedly hard shot by Noureddine Saïfi in the 25th minute of play forced Fort Worth FC's goalkeeper Abdelhamid Zakaria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 27 minutes into the game, Kamel Mecherara was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fort Worth FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 31st minute, Farès Mansouri made a precise shot to the right of Abdelhamid Zakaria. Fort Worth FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Boudjemaa Mamouni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 46th match minute, North Crossett FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Khalida Lelouch to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in North Crossett FC's zone, Mourad Amara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Smail Bessou came out of the goal and Mourad Amara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boudjemaa Mamouni made a kick off. In the 62nd minute, Noureddine Saïfi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 63 minutes, Farès Mansouri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. North Crossett FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Farès Mansouri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Noureddine Saïfi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Smail Bessou didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mourad Amara went, in the 67th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. 75 minutes into the match, North Crossett FC's Noureddine Saïfi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abdelhamid Zakaria narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fort Worth FC's Mourad Amara got a good chance for a goal in the 76th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute Farès Mansouri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdelhamid Zakaria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Khalida Lelouch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdelhamid Zakaria stood somewhat misplaced when Farès Mansouri came free in front of goal and shot 3-2 to the left of him in the 84 minute. North Crossett FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
