After 11 minutes, Kamel Touhami mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dickson AFC and the Bismarck players grew even worse after the yellow card. Rachid Bouzid was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 39 minutes into the match, Bismarck's goal looked a bit too open when Nasserredine Khendu came free, but Bellemou Yacine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bellemou Yacine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 47th minute, Nasserredine Khendu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nasserredine Khendu to make the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Nasserredine Khendu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bellemou Yacine. That made the score 1-2 in the 52 minute of play. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rachid Bouzid prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 73 minutes into the match, Cherif Amara had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rachid Bouzid. Dickson AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cherif Amara was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Maïssa Arrache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rachid Bouzid having to interfere. In the 79th minute, one of Dickson AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dickson AFC. The referee gave Bismarck a penalty, 82 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mehdi Merbah, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Dickson AFC's Rachid Bouzid. 3-2. 92 minutes into the match, Dickson AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Maïssa Arrache came free, but Rachid Bouzid reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cherif Amara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rachid Bouzid read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. In the 99th minute, Nasserredine Khendu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 101st minute of the match Mehdi Merbah shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rachid Bouzid showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Dickson AFC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
