Said Nasri kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Daniel Kermali in the 9th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rabah Matmour prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Calumet's zone, Daniel Kermali stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rabah Matmour came out of the goal and Daniel Kermali tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Daniel Kermali took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rabah Matmour. Rabah Matmour dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Sid Khabatou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karim Belkheir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fathi Cerbah fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rabah Matmour having to interfere. Rabah Matmour didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fathi Cerbah went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Daniel Kermali blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rabah Matmour having to make a save. The audience was convinced that Daniel Kermali's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rabah Matmour was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After 46 minutes Woodmore's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abderaouf Matmour who took care of the corner kick. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Daniel Kermali fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rabah Matmour having to interfere. Belaid Kourichi hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute Salah Sadaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sid Khabatou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 62nd minute, Calumet's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Daniel Kermali fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Fathi Cerbah sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fathi Cerbah recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Karim Belkheir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fathi Cerbah received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Rabah Matmour tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Fathi Cerbah came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Woodmore fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fathi Cerbah couldn't finish the play. Calumet's Rabah Matmour proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 89th minute of the match, managed to save Calumet from getting a goal against them. After 89 played minutes Calumet got a freekick which was hit by Hamid Djamel. In the 91st minute of the match, Daniel Kermali tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Rabah Matmour saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Karim Belkheir scored 2-2 in the 97th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sid Khabatou, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Calumet succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Woodmore had controlled the match.
