Ahmed Hamrouche ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 15th minute, Ahmed Hamrouche ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rachid Al-Jazairia was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The supporters of United Warriors booed when Stephenville AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alain Khaled didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stephenville AFC's Rachid Al-Jazairia proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Stephenville AFC from getting a goal against them. Rachid Al-Jazairia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Safy Reda Madouni in the 22nd minute of play. Safy Reda Madouni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Stephenville AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Camel Sennaoui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abdellah Medjadi Méniri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reda Lamine recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Ahmed Hamrouche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 41 minutes into the match, Stephenville AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Safy Reda Madouni came free, but Rachid Al-Jazairia reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Camel Sennaoui had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Safy Reda Madouni recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Safy Reda Madouni made a kick off. Ahmed Hamrouche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ahmed Hamrouche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Rachid Al-Jazairia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Ismael Zaoui hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, United Warriors's goalkeeper Abdellah Medjadi Méniri had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Reda Lamine. In the 63rd minute Stephenville AFC were awarded a corner. Boudjemaa Fari went to the cornerflag to take it. Boudjemaa Fari made a great header on Stephenville AFC's corner, it was just that United Warriors's Abdellah Medjadi Méniri managed to reach the ball for a save. Ahmed Hamrouche struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Rachid Al-Jazairia didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for United Warriors. Ismael Zaoui kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Rachid Al-Jazairia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Safy Reda Madouni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th match minute, Stephenville AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samir Ouadah to maneuver through the defense. Rachid Al-Jazairia didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Safy Reda Madouni went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 88th minute, Mansour Rimitti hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute Camel Sennaoui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abdellah Medjadi Méniri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reda Lamine fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdellah Medjadi Méniri having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Stephenville AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for United Warriors.
