Jussef Ziani was out of position in the 11 minute of play, and Korneliusz Zembrzuski capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Korneliusz Zembrzuski really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Belmadi Yahia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Ramdane, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. After a rather tough play, Deerfield's Mohamed Ben Ahmed Makkeb got a free kick in the 15th minute. Korneliusz Zembrzuski might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jussef Ziani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Korneliusz Zembrzuski ran back to his position shaking his head. Jussef Ziani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Korneliusz Zembrzuski in the 23rd minute of play. Mohamed Ben Ahmed Makkeb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 28th minute Mustapha Mami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Belmadi Yahia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Korneliusz Zembrzuski in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jussef Ziani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 33 played minutes North Richland Hills got a freekick which was hit by Houari Kensi. Jussef Ziani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Korneliusz Zembrzuski in the 34th minute of the match. Korneliusz Zembrzuski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Deerfield booed when North Richland Hills was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mohamed Ramdane didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jussef Ziani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mohamed Amara, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Mohamed Nima charged in rather forcefully in the 42nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mohamed Nima the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 44th minute of the match Djamal Aarache sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jussef Ziani skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Deerfield getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Mohamed Ben Ahmed Makkeb hit a great ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Korneliusz Zembrzuski to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Korneliusz Zembrzuski put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Jussef Ziani. After a rather tough play, North Richland Hills's Houari Kensi got a free kick in the 59th minute. When Cheb Hadj Aïssa came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Deerfield fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cheb Hadj Aïssa couldn't finish the play. After 71 played minutes North Richland Hills got a freekick which was hit by Yazid Fergani. After 73 played minutes, Deerfield's Djamal Aarache shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jussef Ziani came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Deerfield reached it. Belmadi Yahia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mustapha Mami, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jussef Ziani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cheb Hadj Aïssa in the 79th minute of play. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind North Richland Hills's goalkeeper Jussef Ziani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 82nd minute, Korneliusz Zembrzuski left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Deerfield fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. When Mohamed Ben Ahmed Makkeb fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Deerfield's protests and gave Mohamed Ben Ahmed Makkeb a yellow card for diving instead. Deerfield's Rachid Bougherra was substituted for Mohamed Ben Ahmed Makkeb. In the 88th minute, Mohamed Ben Ahmed Makkeb hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In a very dangerous position, a player in Deerfield fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 89th minute. Penalty! When the match had been going on for 91 minutes, North Richland Hills's Moulay Megharia got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Belmadi Yahia. Thanks to some nice moves Mohamed Ramdane could shoot a difficult shot in the 98th minute, which Belmadi Yahia however easily saved by the left post. North Richland Hills's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
