Jean-Baptiste Sadi's late challenge caught a Gulf Breeze's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jean-Baptiste Sadi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th minute, Jean-Baptiste Sadi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Mouloud Harkat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jussef Makkeb took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nassim Karim Belkassem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mouloud Harkat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rachid Merbah during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Chakib Djamel was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 21st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Jussef Makkeb came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Gulf Breeze's Mouloud Harkat. But to his dismay, Mouloud Harkat quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 27th minute, Jean-Baptiste Sadi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hocine Zaaf was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. 31 minutes into the game, Alorton FC's Jean-Baptiste Sadi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hocine Zaaf made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. 40 minutes into the match, Gulf Breeze's goal looked a bit too open when Cheb Amri came free, but Hocine Zaaf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hocine Zaaf made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cheb Amri in the 43rd minute. A collision led to Gulf Breeze getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. El Bouteflika hit a great ball. Hocine Zaaf showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cheb Amri in the 49th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

If Jean-Baptiste Sadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mouloud Harkat came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Gulf Breeze fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mouloud Harkat couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Yahia Ghazi got free with Jussef Makkeb in the 65th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jean-Baptiste Sadi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hocine Zaaf having to interfere. If Mouloud Harkat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Alorton FC booed when Gulf Breeze was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cheb Hadj Aïssa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice moves Mouloud Harkat could shoot a difficult shot in the 87th minute, which Jussef Makkeb however easily saved by the left post. 89 minutes into the game, Mouloud Harkat cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Jussef Makkeb was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nassim Karim Belkassem charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nassim Karim Belkassem the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 95th minute Cheb Amri shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hocine Zaaf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cheb Hadj Aïssa hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
