After 89 played minutes Defender Hokkaido got a freekick which was hit by Fodil Saïd-Guerni. In the 95th minute, 狄南洋 got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. There was no doubt that Defender Hokkaido were the better team. Defender Hokkaido's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
