Rabah Messaoud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hocine Djura in the 8th minute of the match. Hocine Djura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Rabah Messaoud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Glens Falls North's goal looked a bit too open when Hocine Djura came free, but Rabah Messaoud reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hocine Djura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Rabah Messaoud tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Noureddine Malek had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Glens Falls North's Noureddine Malek in the 21st minute got a chance for a shot 21st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mount Sterling FC's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Hocine Djura kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rabah Messaoud. That made the score 1-0 in the 25 minute of play. A collision led to Mount Sterling FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Abdelmalek Abbas hit a great ball. Rabah Messaoud stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hocine Djura's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. Glens Falls North's Rabah Messaoud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hocine Djura in the 38th minute of play. Hachemi Hanister showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rachid Baba Ali Beloufa in the 40th minute of the match. Charles Merah-Benida might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rabah Messaoud. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Charles Merah-Benida ran back to his position shaking his head. When Charles Merah-Benida came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Mount Sterling FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Charles Merah-Benida couldn't finish the play. In the 46th match minute, Glens Falls North was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yazid Ahmed to maneuver through the defense. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hocine Djura to strike the kick off in the second half. Noureddine Malek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Hocine Djura, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 59 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Rabah Messaoud was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. In the 62nd minute of the match Yahia Bouzid shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rabah Messaoud showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Glens Falls North's Rabah Messaoud played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hocine Djura in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charles Merah-Benida in the 67th minute of play forced Glens Falls North's goalkeeper Rabah Messaoud to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hocine Djura's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rabah Messaoud read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. Rabah Messaoud showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hocine Djura in the 75th minute of the match. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind Glens Falls North's goalkeeper Rabah Messaoud, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Yazid Ahmed hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Rabah Messaoud took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hocine Djura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 87 minutes of play, Mount Sterling FC's Charles Merah-Benida made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rabah Messaoud was left in no man's land by his defense there! Noureddine Malek received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Hachemi Hanister tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Glens Falls North players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Mount Sterling FC.
