The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 3 minutes, Mourad Abbas mouthed his way into the referee's book. Reda Hamrouche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelkader Fahima, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Mohamed Hima didn't quite understand what happened when in the 46 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abdelkader Fahima made a kick off. Reda Hamrouche showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tedj Ighil in the 52nd minute of the match. There was no doubt that Mz City were the better team. Mz City's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
