Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cheb Kacha started the match with the kick off. Cheb Kacha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hamid Khabatou having to interfere. In the 7th match minute, Channahon AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abd el Bensaoula to maneuver through the defense. Ali Sennaoui scored 0-1 in the 9th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Meziane Aribi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience was convinced that Ali Sennaoui's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Meziane Aribi was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. 20 minutes into the game, League City FC's Ali Sennaoui nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Meziane Aribi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Hamid Khabatou took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cheb Kacha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mohamed Zaoui during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 25th match minute, League City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohamed Zaoui to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Cheb Kacha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamid Khabatou saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th minute, Karim Cherfa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th match minute, League City FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bouzid Khaled to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in League City FC's zone, Cheb Kacha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hamid Khabatou came out of the goal and Cheb Kacha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 44 played minutes League City FC got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Zaoui. If Karim Cherfa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Channahon AFC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. League City FC were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ali Sennaoui to make the kick off. League City FC's Mohamed Zaoui got his second yellow card of the match in the 54th minute. The referee ordered Mohamed Zaoui off the ground. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Bouzid Khaled managed to get in a good position for a shot. League City FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Bouzid Khaled was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Meziane Aribi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Abderrahmane Oussalah kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. If Bouzid Khaled had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Abderrahmane Oussalah was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 60 minutes had been played. The supporters of League City FC booed when Channahon AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abderrahmane Oussalah didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ali Sennaoui's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Meziane Aribi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. In the 68th minute, Karim Djebar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cheb Kacha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 76 minutes into the game, Cheb Kacha cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Hamid Khabatou was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Karim Cherfa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamid Khabatou came out of the goal in the 92nd minute to try and stop a shot by Channahon AFC's Robert Matmour. But to his dismay, Robert Matmour quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Hamid Khabatou showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karim Cherfa in the 96th minute of the match. Channahon AFC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
