The referee gave Nephi AFC a penalty, 11 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rabah Halimi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Las Vegas FC's Karim Guendouz. 0-1. 15 minutes into the match, Nephi AFC's Karim Mammeri sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Karim Guendouz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 22 minutes, Abderrahmane Allalou mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nephi AFC and the Las Vegas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Las Vegas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferhat Harkouk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Karim Guendouz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ferhat Harkouk in the 35th minute of the match. Karim Guendouz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferhat Harkouk in the 39th minute of play. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jean-Baptiste Mammeri made a kick off. 58 minutes into the match, Ferhat Harkouk had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Karim Guendouz. Las Vegas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ferhat Harkouk was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Karim Mammeri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karim Guendouz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, Las Vegas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mansour Nasri to maneuver through the defense. Ferhat Harkouk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ferhat Harkouk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karim Guendouz having to interfere. Karim Guendouz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ahmed Taha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 76th minute, Nephi AFC's Ferhat Harkouk ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Karim Guendouz. Karim Guendouz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-5. After 87 played minutes Las Vegas FC got a freekick which was hit by Fodil Kheyari. After 91 minutes, Rabah Matmour mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Las Vegas FC and the Nephi AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nephi AFC's Karim Mammeri got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 95 played minutes Las Vegas FC got a freekick which was hit by Yacine Bahari. Nephi AFC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
