La Salle's Abdelkader Badis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salim Teissier in the 4th minute of play. If Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salim Teissier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Abdelkader Badis read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. When Hamid Lamine Kab came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the Eddystone fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hamid Lamine Kab couldn't finish the play. Hamid Lamine Kab received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Abdelkader Badis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salim Teissier fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelkader Badis having to interfere. Hamid Benarbia struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Abdelkader Badis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eddystone. Abdelkader Badis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Salim Teissier's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Antoine Haddadj scored 1-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Abdellah Medjadi Zaoui, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Antoine Haddadj sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Abdellah Medjadi Zaoui made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ahmed Sad in the 45th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Salim Teissier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, La Salle's Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud got a free kick in the 51st minute. Hamid Lamine Kab fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abdelkader Badis having to interfere. Abdelkader Badis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salim Teissier in the 62nd minute of the match. Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud's late challenge caught a Eddystone's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to La Salle getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Rachid Baba Ali Zeghdoud hit a great ball. Salim Teissier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Antoine Haddadj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 92nd minute of the game. One of La Salle:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Eddystone:s goal. In the 94th minute there was a penalty for Eddystone. Abdelnacer Raï stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Abdelkader Badis. 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abderraouf Taha during the 96th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Abderraouf Taha kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Abdelkader Badis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Salim Teissier, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Eddystone fans cheered their team off the field, for while La Salle had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
