Nasreddine Daham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kateb Sadmi having to interfere. South Pasadena's Krim Lamine played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean-Baptiste Ammour in the 23rd minute of play. Ben Mamouni's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 24thth minute, Kateb Sadmi skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Nasreddine Daham received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Kateb Sadmi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 42 minutes, Ben Mamouni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. South Pasadena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ben Mamouni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Nasreddine Daham lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Kateb Sadmi. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Kateb Sadmi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nasreddine Daham in the 52nd minute of the match. Ben Mamouni scored 2-0 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kateb Sadmi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kateb Sadmi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ben Mamouni, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 71 minutes into the game, Nasreddine Daham cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Kateb Sadmi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kateb Sadmi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ben Mamouni's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. After a rather tough play, South Pasadena's Mohammad Metref got a free kick in the 77th minute. Ali Meskine's late challenge caught a Gages Lake AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ali Meskine helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd match minute, South Pasadena was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Meskine to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to South Pasadena getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Ali Meskine hit a great ball. Kateb Sadmi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nasreddine Daham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 92 minutes of play, South Pasadena's Ben Mamouni made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Kateb Sadmi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ben Mamouni sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. South Pasadena fully deserved thier win.
