Mimoun Timsit fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nasserredine Boniche having to interfere. In the 7th minute, Stefanos Vasiliou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Yellow Springs1860 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 9th minute Amar Abbas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nasserredine Boniche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Yellow Springs1860's goal looked a bit too open when Amar Abbas came free, but Nasserredine Boniche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Stefanos Vasiliou had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 17 played minutes Yellow Springs1860 got a freekick which was hit by Yasmina Belloumi. When Amar Abbas came up free with the goalie in the 17th minute, the North Miami Beach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amar Abbas couldn't finish the play. Chadli Mimoun might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nasserredine Boniche. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Chadli Mimoun ran back to his position shaking his head. When Chadli Mimoun came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the North Miami Beach fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Chadli Mimoun couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Yellow Springs1860's Nasserredine Boniche got control of the ball when Mimoun Timsit tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chaba Soltani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stefanos Vasiliou in the 32nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Yellow Springs1860's Abderrachid Zeghdoud got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Chadli Mimoun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 39 minutes into the match, Yellow Springs1860's goalkeeper Nasserredine Boniche had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mimoun Timsit. 41 minutes into the match, North Miami Beach's Amar Abbas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nasserredine Boniche narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Yellow Springs1860's Mahmoud Lacarne got a free kick in the 41st minute. After having played for 43 minutes, Djabir Dziri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. North Miami Beach's supporters crossed their fingers, but Djabir Dziri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Yellow Springs1860's goal looked a bit too open when Amar Abbas came free, but Nasserredine Boniche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 46th minute Stefanos Vasiliou shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chaba Soltani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Stefanos Vasiliou made a kick off. Chaba Soltani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stefanos Vasiliou in the 53rd minute of play. Amar Abbas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Djabir Dziri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Nasserredine Boniche tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, North Miami Beach's Amar Abbas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nasserredine Boniche narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Nasserredine Boniche showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amar Abbas, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. Nasserredine Boniche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chadli Mimoun in the 93rd minute of play. Yellow Springs1860's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
