The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Khalida Khelaifia received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Bobby Brown's Tom Darman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmed Reda Horr in the 34th minute of play. When the match clock showed 36 minutes, the score became 4-0 when 吴博振 sped through Vineland AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fergani Soltani. Dominick Van Calster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Khalida Khelaifia to make the kick off. After having played for 51 minutes, 吴博振 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 87th minute Khalida Khelaifia shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tom Darman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dominick Van Calster might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fergani Soltani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dominick Van Calster ran back to his position shaking his head. If 吴博振 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bobby Brown walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
