Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hameur Benhabiles started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafik Zoheir Sadmi got free with Belaid Ghozali in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The attack was good, but when Houari Aliche in the 4th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 7 minutes into the game, Tempest CF's Houari Aliche nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Belaid Ghozali made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Smail Zemmamouche struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Belaid Ghozali didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tempest CF. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mouloud Dziri in the 12th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Belaid Ghozali prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Belaid Ghozali made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Abdelnacer Mansouri sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rachid Abbas in the 15th minute of play forced Tempest CF's goalkeeper Abdelkader Nekkar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mouloud Dziri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Belaid Ghozali having to make a save. Smail Zemmamouche recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mouloud Dziri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Belaid Ghozali having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 29th minute, Houari Aliche managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tempest CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Houari Aliche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Belaid Ghozali breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hameur Benhabiles in the 31st minute of play forced Tempest CF's goalkeeper Abdelkader Nekkar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Abdelnacer Mansouri could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Belaid Ghozali made a huge save. 37 minutes into the game, Mouloud Dziri lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Belaid Ghozali. With his leg Belaid Ghozali managed to avoid a goal in the 40thth minute, when Tempest CF's Abdelnacer Mansouri fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Abdelkader Nekkar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hameur Benhabiles in the 44th minute of the match. After 46 minutes Shamrock Rovers's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mouloud Dziri who took care of the corner kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

51 minutes into the match, Shamrock Rovers's goal looked a bit too open when Houari Aliche came free, but Belaid Ghozali reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Houari Aliche came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Tempest CF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Houari Aliche couldn't finish the play. Belaid Ghozali showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mouloud Dziri, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Houari Aliche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fodil Deghmani during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 57th minute, Fodil Deghmani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abdelkader Nekkar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rachid Abbas in the 60th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mouloud Dziri in the 68th minute of play forced Shamrock Rovers's goalkeeper Belaid Ghozali to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The Tempest CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Tempest CF's Houari Aliche got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Mouloud Dziri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Belaid Ghozali was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. A collision led to Shamrock Rovers getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Zīn ud-Dīn Bahari hit a great ball. Abdelnacer Mansouri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Smail Zemmamouche had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Belaid Ghozali showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mouloud Dziri in the 86th minute of the match. Belaid Ghozali made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Smail Zemmamouche in the 91st minute of play. In the 92nd match minute, Shamrock Rovers was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fodil Deghmani to maneuver through the defense. Tempest CF's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
