Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) New Ellenton's Pompiliu Stoican started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Tiger Hamlet FC's Damaso Olentzaro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nordine Zidane made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, New Ellenton's goal looked a bit too open when Madjid Bessou came free, but Nordine Zidane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pompiliu Stoican sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 11 minutes into the match, Tiger Hamlet FC's goal looked a bit too open when Pompiliu Stoican came free, but Chaba Massi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 13th minute Pompiliu Stoican shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chaba Massi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nordine Zidane took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Olentzaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st match minute, Tiger Hamlet FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Madjid Bessou to maneuver through the defense. Nordine Zidane made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damaso Olentzaro in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Pompiliu Stoican shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chaba Massi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, New Ellenton's goal looked a bit too open when Karim Bouazza came free, but Nordine Zidane reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chaba Massi made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yani Vitkin in the 31st minute. The audience was convinced that Pompiliu Stoican's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Chaba Massi was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. Daho Belkheir hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 40th minute, Rabah Fahima sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Tiger Hamlet FC's Chaba Massi didn't even have to move. Chaba Massi was out of position in the 44 minute of play, and Pompiliu Stoican capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pompiliu Stoican really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Damaso Olentzaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Nordine Zidane tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

Chaba Massi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pompiliu Stoican in the 54th minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Pompiliu Stoican had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Chaba Massi. Tiger Hamlet FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pompiliu Stoican was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Hameur Bilal kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Karim Bouazza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chaba Massi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pompiliu Stoican, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 66 minutes into the game, New Ellenton's Yani Vitkin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Chaba Massi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Yani Vitkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Chaba Massi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When New Ellenton's Rabah Fahima in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Tiger Hamlet FC's goalie prevented a goal. A collision led to Tiger Hamlet FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Brahim Gaouaoui hit a great ball. Pompiliu Stoican received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Chaba Massi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiger Hamlet FC's Chaba Massi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yani Vitkin in the 75th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Olentzaro in the 80th minute of play forced New Ellenton's goalkeeper Nordine Zidane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, New Ellenton's Tarkan Türksan got a free kick in the 83rd minute. If Yani Vitkin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. New Ellenton were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Tiger Hamlet FC for a fine match.
