Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Mohamed Méniri kicked off to start the match. If Eskuin Izaguirre had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kamel Makkeb got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Mohamed Méniri. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noureddine Cohen in the 18th minute of play forced Brockport's goalkeeper Khair ad-Din Zaoui to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Djamel Chedda scored 0-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cheb Meniri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Muhammad Daham hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After 35 minutes, Djamel Chedda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Brockport and the Merrionette players grew even worse after the yellow card. Djamel Chedda kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jens-Ove Eliasson made a kick off. Jens-Ove Eliasson was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 57th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Merrionette's Eskuin Izaguirre got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 67 minutes into the game, Djamel Chedda recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cheb Meniri. Djamel Chedda showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. In the 71st minute, Merrionette's Zīn ud-Dīn Fadhil Mohamed seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Zīn ud-Dīn Fadhil Mohamed the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Merrionette protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Zīn ud-Dīn Fadhil Mohamed had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of Merrionette:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Brockport:s goal. In the 72nd minute there was a penalty for Brockport. Djamel Chedda stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Cheb Meniri. 0-3. 75 minutes into the match, Djamel Chedda dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Cheb Meniri, 0-4. Noureddine Cohen struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Khair ad-Din Zaoui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Merrionette. In the 98th match minute, Brockport was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Djamel Chedda to maneuver through the defense. The Merrionette manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Brockport to win.
