The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillaume Laurent Karim Belkassem during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Chaba Matmour in the 9th minute of play forced Loyola's goalkeeper Edelmiro Charro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Noureddine Daham fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Idylwood's protests and gave Noureddine Daham a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Idylwood was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Noureddine Daham to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute, Idylwood's Edmond Sifi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Edelmiro Charro. Edelmiro Charro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Edelmiro Charro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmond Sifi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rabah Douibi lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 31st minute, one of Loyola:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Loyola. Souad Bouzid placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! When Abdelaziz Boniche came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Loyola fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abdelaziz Boniche couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Loyola getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Noureddine Rahouli hit a great ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmond Sifi to make the kick off. Chaba Fillali thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Edelmiro Charro, a very annoying self made goal in the 52nd minute which led to 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmond Sifi in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edelmiro Charro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abdelaziz Boniche sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 67 minutes, Faouzi Gourion successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Yazid Kermali's late challenge caught a Idylwood's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yazid Kermali helped the player get up and apologised. Yazid Kermali hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes, Idylwood's Souad Bouzid shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edelmiro Charro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Idylwood reached it. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Abdelaziz Boniche managed to get in a good position for a shot. Loyola's supporters rose to their feet, but Abdelaziz Boniche was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Faouzi Gourion breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Chaba Fillali hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. 81 minutes into the match, Loyola's goal looked a bit too open when Edmond Sifi came free, but Edelmiro Charro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Idylwood support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
