Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hakim Ramdani kicked off to start the match. After having played for 4 minutes, Hakim Ramdani managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Havelock's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hakim Ramdani was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Khalida Belloumi in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mohammed Nabil saved Havelock from getting behind. Khalida Belloumi scored 0-1 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mohammed Nabil, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 11th minute by Abdelaziz Merbah got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Havelock's Mohammed Nabil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mourad Taha in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Mehdi Bezzaz made a precise shot to the right of Mohammed Nabil. Havelock's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. In the 21st minute, Mohamed Benhamou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mancity fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Hakim Ramdani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 37 minutes into the game, Mehdi Bezzaz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Mohammed Nabil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Mohammed Nabil made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mehdi Bezzaz in the 42nd minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Khalida Belloumi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mohammed Nabil. Havelock's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Khalida Belloumi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. After the first half Mancity were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mourad Taha was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute of the match Abdelaziz Kaci Said sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Nadir Daham skillfully saved the ball. Nadir Daham took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hamid Messaoud, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Mohammed Nabil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mourad Taha in the 70th minute of the match. Hakim Ramdani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nadir Daham read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Mohammed Nabil showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mourad Taha, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Hamid Messaoud received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Nadir Daham tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Mancity's Mehdi Bezzaz slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mohammed Nabil. That made the score 1-8 after 87 minutes of play. 91 minutes into the game, Mohamed Benhamou cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-9. Mohammed Nabil was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Havelock's Abdelaziz Kaci Said got a free kick in the 96th minute. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Mancity walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
