Spectators: 7553 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1953, VIP seats: 100) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Walid Zahouania started the match with the kick off. In the 8th minute, Walid Zahouania hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Abdelmalek Moussa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jericho AFC's Chadli Abdelghani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelmalek Moussa in the 13th minute of play. After some careless play in the Jericho AFC defense, Mustapha Ghazi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Chadli Abdelghani. The Jericho AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Chadli Abdelghani should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Jericho AFC booed when Lewes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hocine Cixous didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Mohamed Ben Zarabi came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Jericho AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mohamed Ben Zarabi couldn't finish the play. Daho Yacef made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Walid Zahouania in the 25th minute of play. 28 minutes into the game, Mohamed Ben Zarabi was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jericho AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lewes the free kick. Mohamed Ben Zarabi kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mustapha Ghazi in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Chadli Abdelghani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Jericho AFC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Abdelmalek Moussa scored to the left of an out of position Chadli Abdelghani, making the score, 2-0. After a defensive mix-up in Lewes's zone, Walid Zahouania stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Daho Yacef came out of the goal and Walid Zahouania tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 38 minutes into the match, Jericho AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Abdelmalek Moussa came free, but Chadli Abdelghani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 played minutes Jericho AFC got a freekick which was hit by Mohamed Ben Zarabi. Chadli Abdelghani made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Mustapha Ghazi sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Mustapha Ghazi made the kick off in the second half. Walid Zahouania fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Daho Yacef having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abdelmalek Moussa in the 55th minute of play forced Jericho AFC's goalkeeper Chadli Abdelghani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chadli Abdelghani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelmalek Moussa, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. The supporters of Lewes booed when Jericho AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nasreddine Apap didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jericho AFC's Chadli Abdelghani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdelmalek Moussa in the 62nd minute of play. Chadli Abdelghani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abdelmalek Moussa in the 64th minute of the match. In the 69th minute Mustapha Ghazi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Chadli Abdelghani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 71st minute, Hocine Cixous hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 75th minute, Lewes's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Walid Zahouania fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 78 minutes into the match, Jericho AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mustapha Ghazi came free, but Chadli Abdelghani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Chadli Abdelghani came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lewes's Abdelmalek Moussa. But to his dismay, Abdelmalek Moussa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hocine Cixous in the 86th minute of play forced Jericho AFC's goalkeeper Chadli Abdelghani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Chadli Abdelghani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdelmalek Moussa, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. In the 88th match minute, Jericho AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mohammed Ahmed Ben Zakaria to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Lewes booed when Jericho AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jussef Ben Otman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mohammed Ahmed Ben Zakaria kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. In the 94th minute, Hocine Cixous got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Jericho AFC's Walid Zahouania in the 97th minute got a chance for a shot 97th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lewes's goalie prevented a goal. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lewes fully deserved thier win.
