In the 29th minute Bouzid Harkouk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Madhi Halimi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Madhi Halimi didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 31st minute, which inside left pole to 3-0. Bouzid Harkouk might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Madhi Halimi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bouzid Harkouk ran back to his position shaking his head. Madhi Halimi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rabah Abbas, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Bouzid Harkouk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Madhi Halimi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bouzid Harkouk in the 63rd minute of the match. 65 minutes into the game, FC Ryūkyū's Bouzid Harkouk nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Madhi Halimi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. Madhi Halimi came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Ryūkyū's Bouzid Harkouk. But to his dismay, Bouzid Harkouk quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Bouzid Harkouk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bouzid Harkouk recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Madhi Halimi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bouzid Harkouk in the 77th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Tayeb Bella hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tayeb Bella's late challenge caught a FC Ryūkyū's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tayeb Bella helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Ryūkyū booed when Negaunee FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tayeb Bella didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Bouzid Harkouk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 92 minutes into the match, Negaunee FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bouzid Harkouk came free, but Madhi Halimi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Ryūkyū walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
