In the 52nd minute Panos Petimezas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Medjadi Lacen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karim Fadhil Mohamed didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Abdel Hamid Chaouchi went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Karim Fadhil Mohamed made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Hocine Oussalah sent off a good shot on target. Poplar Bluff AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RDC Partenariat 2023 the free kick.
